Wrap up Graphic

Litchfield’s kindergarten through 5th graders have completed their first year of Kuder Galaxy’s career education! Throughout the school year, each grade has worked through 6 different lessons based on the Holland Theory of Career Choice. Each grade had a different objective they learned about, but all were centered on the 6 career fields in the Holland Theory: Realistic, Investigative, Social, Artistic, Enterprising and Conventional.

During the last lesson, each student was able to determine which area best fits their interest. Every student was awarded a certificate for their hard work on career education.

Litchfield Career Service Coordinator Abby Carlson and Technology Assistant Tiffany Hendricks facilitate these weekly lessons as part of Litchfield CUSD #12’s ongoing career education program.
